Appoint a suitable capable practical project manager, who creates a framework with the Board. Confidence grows on both sides allowing the project manager to motivate and command his team to targets for the board. We've all read tons of methodology on Project Management. It is often filled with over complicated jargon and can go on and on and sometimes it feels as though you are never getting to the actual point! Well I am about to try and explain Project Methodology in simple terms and in bite size chunks. I'll try and avoid all the jargon too!
